While I still use social medias and other site's journal features, I still want to keep my own space for text-posts on-site. Something that's become even more important as more sites start forcing users to log in to view posts. Here, I can at least keep those texts hosted in a consistent space.

While most of what I host here are archives & mirrors of offsite posts, there may be a few originals from time to time.
