Natasha - b. 7/20/2001 - They/she

Heyo, I'm Natasha (aka. Nat). I'm an Illustrator and Comic artist who likes drawing pointy things and robots. I work with a mix of digital art and traditional media like pen, ink, and paints.

Art-wise, I draw a lot of inspiration from technology, 90's-2000's aesthetics and media, and from my own life experiences (... or because I thought it'd be cool or funny to make). Afterall, one of the big reasons I started doing art is a means to make myself happy and to explore ideas, and I like sharing it with other people. Who knows? It might be the thing to make someone's day.

Demonic Io and Reploid Io

Who is Io?

Io is my current main 'sona. There's two versions you'll see floating around here: Demonic!Io and Reploid!Io

Demonic!Io is from an original world-building project of mine (the character who kickstarted it infact). They're a demon who fused with a robotic body. Personality-wise, they're cocky, mischevious, and think they're evil (they're mid-tier evil at most...)

On the other hand, Reploid!Io is my Megaman X self-insert (no point in hiding it lol). They're the IT-guy with a hobbies in webmastery & drawing. Unlike the other vers, they're more lighthearted, goofy, sometimes a bit clueless.

They'll get their own page someday, but for now you can read more about them on their Toyhouse page!

About this site

I've been aware of HTML/coding since I was a teen, but for the longest time it overwhelmed me & I didn't end up doing much with it outside of sticking pagedolls and stamps to my DA page. Hence, me making this site in 2018 but never actually working on it until 2021. That year I needed to make a site for class and I got frustrated with all the site builders I tried, so I took some of my HTML knowledge I picked up from coding Toyhouse profiles and carried it over here. 2022 is when I really started comitting to upkeeping this page as a main project and expanding it beyond a just a portfolio site. In modern times, this site serves as my main art archive with a few extra pages thrown into the mix

I have a longer text that goes more in-depth to how I feel about art on the web & making this site you can read over here:
